A company was hired to remove the water damaged sheetrock and also destroyed the wood casing along with the doors, and then I hired to rebuild and put everything back together.
Rebuilt drawer
The baseboard was removed to install new flooring and when it was put back it was higher. The solution was to remove the right side to line up with the left side and in order to hide the gap, molding was added.
Installed new toe kick.
